At Freedom Building Consultants (FBC), we’ve flipped the traditional building model on its head. Most builders charge a percentage of the final cost, meaning the more you spend on your dream upgrades, the more they make. We don’t believe in that.
- Real Budgets, Not Guesses: Every house is uniquely their own, therefore we do not give you just a "Per square foot" budget for your home. After a thorough meeting to discuss your dream home & the options that you desire, we will go to work compiling a detailed budget & scope of work tailored specifically to your new home build.
- Flat-Fee Pricing: Our fee is set at the beginning of the project. It is calculated off of the budget and scope of work for your home. Our fee will not change for that contracted scope of work so there will not be any surprises when it comes to how much you are paying FBC.
- Total Transparency: We believe that transparency between FBC & our clients is what sets us apart from other building companies. In keeping with our philosophy of transparency, our clients see every invoice associated with their home so that they know exactly where every penny is going.
